I haven't really payed attention to the news concerning KERS system, basically I don't really know what the point of it is, but it seems to be an important issue and a lot of people are expecting better racing because of it...
So what will change from next years? Will the cars be different?

What is KERS? Easy explanation needed

See first post.
We certainly don't need a new thread for this.

Very easily explained:
A The Kinetic Energy Recovery System, (in this picture) positioned near the gearbox (some teams may prefer another place)...
B ...recovers and stores kinetic energy from the brakes...
C ...which is generated when the driver brakes.
D The driver can push a button on the steering wheel. This releases the stored energy and the driver can have a substantial amount of extra horse power for a few seconds.

For the rest of your answers, indeed do read all the info in the already existing, extensive thread.
