Not sure of correct exact name , Currently it is titled "Belgium Ypres Westhoek Rally" or "Ypres Rally" .

But i believe prior, 24 Hrs was sometimes in the title.

In current form it is run in june (probably usually has been - but i don't know for sure / and i need exact dates).

PS - obviously it is /was held in Belgium.

According to "rallye racing" magazine in 1977 it was called "24 heures d'Ypres" and was held from June 24 to June 26.

We were discussing the correct title elsewhere the other day. As it is run in the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium (originally by A C Targa Florio), 24 Uren van Ieper would be correct. Officially within Belgium, 24 Heures d'Ypres should also be the formal title with equal status. In fact "24 Hours Rally" in English used to appear on programmes etc. This may have been to avoid having to print the French (Walloon) name alongside the Flemish name!
(it was 12 hours at one time - about 1970?)

Anyone have a copy of a 1977 Program/a for this event ('77 24 Uren van Ieper/24 Heures d'Ypres/24Hrs. Rally - 24th-25th June) they could share ? Cover or all ?

or any copies of printed results - (not just the results but an image of it - in print from a period newspaper or magazine? )
