Very good readDoes Valtteri bring money to the team? I think Bruno does, and that might decide the issue.
The piece that Joe Saward wrote is rather illumining in that context.

So he got confirmed already.
It seems some people is really skeptical about him, and I think it is reasonable, but I felt a bit the need to defend him because of what I read in other thread... His situation kind of reminds me to another driver who got hugely criticed even before making it into F1 because he didn't take part in GP2, and in spite of that eventually he's proven to deserve another chance in F1 (and most people seem to think that).
AFAIK his lattest achievement is becoming champion of GP3 and he's been OK in the tests for Williams, right? I kind of feel more excited about him than many other drivers when they came along to F1.

Kudos to Sir Frank, he took the right approach to racing again. Let real racers drive and build on that.
I am getting sick of the rush of pay-drivers on the F1 scene. Valtteri will do just fine.
