These particular photos (forgive for the scan of the image, its as clear as it gets) which can be found in Don Radbruch's book, "Dirt Track Auto Racing" are what hold my attention.
Looking for more info on this car, photos, chassis specs, write ups, etc.

Well, it's definitely a T front axle, but that's all I can say! :D Good luck!

Well the photos of course were scanned in and blown up a little, so yeah, by God,..they are not clear!! I'm oping to find the fellow who is listed as them being in his collection, then see if he'd be willing and able to scan the originals in so I can blow them up on my computer and retain the detail, which I'll be able to, provided I get a clear, high detail scan to begin with!

Yeah, I've got eh same question out along some other forums,..Model T, Model A and some others. Hopefully I'll hit something on the head! Oh, and thank you for the info you looked up and gave me on the other fellow for the other photo I was trying to get more info on. I got in touch with him finally. Had no more info on that partocular photo, but was a pleasure to talk with after he knew I was legit, and not some fruit looking at a book and then looking to harass him! HA! :drunk:

Quarter elliptics at the front too... reducing chassis length a little I guess...

I hope you can find out more about this car, it certainly is a fascination.

I'm pretty much heading in this direction as I plan my attack of constructing my mid 1920s dirt track racer.

I've been studying those photos on and off for weeks now. It flat out SUCKS that there is almost no info on these cars,.... dear Lord!!!

Circa 1939,
Find below an article written by Arthur Chevrolet on the construction of a Model T based race car. This was published in the first edition of "Automobile Racing" by Ray Kuns in 1931.

Whilst it is not exactly on point with the car of Rajo Jack it gives some insight into the thinking and methods behind race car construction back in those early days.

circa 1939,
The six separate editions of "Automobile Racing" by Ray Kuns are all different publications , not reprints. If you can track them all down they are a valuable resource. There was a compilation that included all 6 editions that was published in the early 70's by the Antique Auto Racing Association. http://www.antiqueautoracing.com/ They sometimes show up on ebay. There is one there now.
