I have been asked by Malcolms son to post a plea for anyone with photographs of his fathers accident at Oulton on 18-9-71 to make contact with myself .Please do not post them(for obvious reasons) .Most forum members will know the outcome of this accident.Any expenses will be covered. The car was a red Sunbeam Tiger No 111.Someone must have photograph although I must admit that with over 7 Million images I havnt.

Possibly someone could check via Derek Lawson for all the Oulton photoarchives to which he had access for his books.

I met with Paul Sears on Friday of last week as coincidentally he purchased a generator that I had for sale, and he asked me if I would give this thread a bump. It seems there were a number of people photographing the wreck at the time, and Paul is hoping that TNF & social media can help him find them.

Whilst checking something else I came across this extraordinary find:  http://www.modbase.i...iger/4593434001

Incredible. Or did I miss something?  The piece with Malcolm talking is eighteen months ago.  Really hope he is okay - we should support him...

Well, thanks for the confirmation, Tony.  I've struggled a bit with this for the last few hours to be perfectly honest. Hope his final days weren't too bad.  Where he was looked good under the circumstances and sincere condolences to his son, Paul.
