Having just watched the Aussie GP,I wondered if anyone can remember seeing a grand piano on the grid before?

How did they move it so quickly after "Advance Australia Fair" - was it motorised? Definitely one up to the Aussies - will the Yanks try to outdo them at Indy - how many pianos did they have at the start of the LA Olympics?

But why do they have to sing such an aborted version of the song. It's not a bad song, it tells something of our history, and now it's been A) altered to suit modern political correctness; and B) shortened to take out the best bits to make it an anthem!

A Grand Piano mounted onto a frame with casters is not terribly difficult to move assuming that you don't have to go uphill.

and one thing Albert Park is bereft of on the track is hills.
