Fully loaded up, how much does an F1 car weigh?

The reason I ask is because I was looking at Formula Renault specs and its pumping out 185 hp at 480kg total weight.

Isnt F1 600 or so?

600 kilos with driver but no fuel. They generally take about 100 kilos of fuel at the start.
