I know there was already a threat on Les Leston shops...
Was there ,beside the High Holborn shop, another in Finchley Road (or Northern F...).When my memory serves me right, then there was one in the North of London ...
Was there August 1965...
Maybe someone knows on the history of the trade. He used to sell in Switzerland via Charles Vögele and in Germany via Rallye Bitter...(?)
Best regards Michael

Maybe you are confusing it with another Les, Les Needham, whose Rally Equipment shop was in Edgware at that time. When my memory serves me right, then there was one in the North of London ...

A 1967 advertisement in Motor Sport gives the head office as-
104 St John's Wood Terrace,
London NW8
with only one address for "Personal Shoppers"
314 High Holborn
London WC1
Thanks Geoff,
maybe a senior moment--but St John's Wood Terrace is not so far from Finchley Road....
Thanks Michael

I wonder if Speedwell sold Les Leston stuff as they were in Fincley Road. I can ask John
GaryFrogeye , I had a similar idea as Speedwell was situated in 763 Llanvanor Road (Golders Green) just on the corner to Finchley Road...
