Youre right they did. However, Ekstrom was stationary for a fair while before Schumi pulled up to the line for the 2nd start.

If so, okay.

The commentator on freecast also tought only MS did the full lap, that's where I got the idea from.

Well done Ekström, well done Schumi!

Michael's never won the RoC but I believe he is the most successful F1 driver in it by being in the individual final three times out of four (and once more in the semi-final) and by winning three Nation's Cup! If him being second (and beating the likes of Button and Vettel during the two days) at the age of 41 the best the antis can celebrate I'm fine with that. :p

,MS has beaten Ekstrom in 2008 I believe? Just wasn't in the final, the guys MS have lost too, he's beaten also, just not in the final, Hekki comes to mind as well.

Gotta be thankful we have Schumacher in it, because Mclaren can't let Hamilton race, Alonso doesn't do it, Kimi does not do it, and those are 3 of the best or the top drivers in f1.

Michael's been the top f1 driver overall, he'll keep on doing it until he gets it, the best to not win it, a great competitor, living life to the full. Never give up.

Great to see Schumacher fighting to the end once again, it's a honour, we probabley won't see another driver like him in our lifetimes

Ekstrom super strong. MS and Vettel excellent (dominating their groups). Nice show. :-)

And the commentator for the Freecast stream is a colossal dumbass.

Pretty impressive performance by Button as well, especially considering he wasn't that strong last year. This time he seemed a match for Shumi and Vettel.

Ekstrom or Hirvonen.

So it was Ekstrom again. Schumacher did well, but it was a bit odd that he was driving the X-bow practically all the time, at least when it counted. If the cars are randomly given he surely got an advantage from it this time.

Yup Germany did. USA got close in dropping them though (Tanner Foust won against Schumi, Vettel won against Travis Pastrana and then won again against Foust in a tie break, but it was tight). Overall Germany was the best team regardless, Vettel was just awesome and Schumi very good too.

Ekström is phenomenal driver. Schumi had driven those two cars whole weekend contrary to Ekström.. Ekström's last lap with the buggie was awesome. The way he went to the first corner was impressive.

It was Vettel, Foust cocked up the tight last corner on the outside lane

I've got to say i enjoyed watching the two days, especially DC and his crystal balls interview

Even though you couldn't see the interviewers face you could tell he must of been whincing

He's really not. He's a great commentator, always excellent for radio Le Mans and I only heard him make one mistake during the freecast coverage.

I'm curious as to the attendance for the event. Was there a lot of spectators in the stands?

Didn't look a big crowd for day one, but day two looked good.

Utter truth... well, maybe he made several mistakes, but it was definitely not John Hindaugh's environment to be commenting on the RoC.
