[Ray Bell]

Here's another driver who raced in both USA and Australia, though he started in the States, came to Australia and went back to America to race again.
Interestingly, he raced under the name of Ken Milburn in Australia because of the risk of winning prizemoney (any open race meeting those days carried prizemoney down to third place at least, and class prizes) and upsetting his amateur status in America.
He crashed at Bathurst one year and did himself some injury in his Lotus 20, and later popped up in America with a Matich SR3.
While in Australia he formed a close friendship with Frank Matich.
What do we know of his career before and after his Australian sojourn.
