The FW32 looks awesome. I can't wait to hear what Rubens thinks after his first test.

Nice fake footage. Feels almost real.

Not bad. You know, I think Williams are quite clever with the way they utilize the viral marketing opportunities of YouTube. They seem to know how to get a bit of publicity on the cheap.

And yes, that's still a great looking car.

Nice fake footage. Feels almost real.

It is the FW32.
Edit: Oh. You mean it's not a spy shot, but intended. I thought you meant is was not the FW32.

As just tweeted by Jonathan Noble:

(blatantly a bit of viral marketing - but good to see the car all the same)

Williams have done a great job with the back end. Very low and shrink-wrapped.

That Cosworth sounds great.

And man, the Williams looks really compact especially after we've seen the F10 and the McLaren barge.

That has a central pillar though, the new one doesn't appear to.

You're right about it.
It's just like the Brawn and Toyota.

That nose is very RB5, the car looks sweet from the front, as you said the rear is mile times more compact than the Mp4/25 or F10 one, and yes, the cossie sounds great

Nice video of Rubens and Sam Michael visiting Cosworth. Some very good close ups of the engine.

I think the car looks great, I can't wait to see how we go in testing, just counting down the days to Bahrain. It would be great to have a few wins this year, but at the moment I would settle for a few podiums.

I really have a feeling that Rubens is going to bring home at least 1 win this year. The FW32 looks great, and if the Cosworth can deliver, I think Rubens is in the right frame of mind. Williams have been very positive this winter and I think Rubens/H├╝lkenberg will be a great combo.

I'm getting excited about Williams prospects for this year. Everyone's saying it'll be Red Bull-Mercedes-McLaren-Ferrari in the top 4, but I hope Williams beat at least one of them this year.

The engine does sound great. I am baffled by this car. I can't quite reconcile the size of it with the new regulation fuel tank. I know Williams are technical geniuses (FW-14B) I wonder if this neatness is being facilitated by the Cosworth.

Can't be, remember the Cossie is going to be the worst engine on the grid.

Why is the Cossie the worst engine?

They have based it on the CA 2006 which was widely regarded as one of the best engines from 2006. They have been allowed to modify their engine to comply with the 2010 regs since they are considered a new engine supplier. The rest of the engines have to make do with only minor "reliability" modifications. Cosworth have recruited back quite a few of their engineering staff from Mercedes and others.

The Cosworth might not be the best engine, but why should it be the worst?

^ My guess is that its fuel consumption is still an unknown factor to us armchair experts at this moment. The teams also only possibly have a ballpark figure at the moment from the dyno, track testing will give more accurate readings.

That was my first thought as well. Sarcasm is a bit more difficult to get on a forum than in real life as we can't see you and listen to how you say it... Sarcasm sometimes needs a bit more help for the other readers to get it. Like a ;) after your statement.

I figured that given I'd argued against those saying it vehemently earlier and that it's such a dumb statement...... :p

Yes it does look rather bare at the moment. Well-placed sponsors make more difference than I thought.

Williams are not launching as such, when the car rolls out at 10am, that will be its debut.

This time of year always makes me feel like a the internet equivalent of a twitchy junkie, just constantly refreshing pages praying for driver announcements and livery pictures. The fact it's the end of the winter transfer window in football doesn't help :D.

will we get some studio shots of the car or do we have to wait until the trackside photographers made some good pictures?

Sir Frank's been a bit like that of late. I think he just showed up in Valencia last year, too, and released studio photos after the fact.
