How much time does a pitstop cost in Montreal?

Judging by the practice sessions the option tyre is destroyed in a few laps, especially on a full tank. But how long can the prime tyre last? Is 2-stopping definitely the optimum strategy, presuming that overtaking is easier here than at most tracks?
Will those starting on the softer tyre be forced to stop within the first 10-12 laps?

It seems everyone will be 2 stopping, but you can't help but think that if there is a window and a SC timed at the right time, there could be people trying to 1 stop. Maybe backmarkers with nothing to lose?.
No one knows how long the softer tyre will last but it could be anywhere from 8-15 laps. 10-12 seems reasonable.

One good example is from 2006 race when Fisichella lost less than 10 seconds to Alonso while serving a drive through.

Looks like 28s in 2008, best case, say 10s for fuel that's 18s + tyres, 22s today.
Call that 7 laps losing 3s is break-even, for example.
Going to be very interesting. Anyone who pits early can come back out behind a very slow car and lose a ton of time. Or if they stay out they can lose a ton of time on their own...

Eternity if you have Hamilton pitting at the same time as you.

Yeah, Montreal is a short pit lane as they don't have to negotiate the final chicane or the first corner.

Can i ask why you are only giving backstabs underwater about almost every team and driver? Do you enjoy F1 really?

Would I be right in thinking stopping for tryes might actually cost not more than 10 seconds, deducting the time taken to do that stretch on the track (maybe 14 seconds) from the total time spent in the pitlane?
