I recieved this email over the weekend but wasn't able to help much...maybe there's someone here who can come to the rescue?

'I've been looking for a book called the Green Helmet for a few years now. It came out in the late fifties or early sixties and was about racing in the Mille Milia. The story was borrowed by the movie Grand Prix for the Scott Stoddard subplot. Would you happen to know anything about the book or could you direct me to someone who could? Thanks'
