ie: "There have been no changes to the RB front wing"... erm ok
or maybe - "Buttons braking took Sebastian by surprise and he was just trying to avoid him"...erm ok
So is he full of it or not?

most predictable poll results in the history of autosport coming up!Over the last few weeks we've seen that Horner is coming out with some hard to believe statements.

I have confirmation that Mark Webber has voted in the poll and he voted 'yes' however this was balanced out by Vettels 'no' vote - more votes needed to be conclusive.

So since you seem to be the resident composites expert du jour ... what did they change in their front wing?

or maybe ... I don't know it was a lower downforce profile than Hungary? I mean ... who'd have thunk it, teams running lower df in Spa, who 'd do such a stupid thing.
PS Check this vid out -> .. tell me oh wise one, what exactly is the RB front wing doing at around 0:50?

So let me get this straight, you're saying the RB wings are flexing now? Surely Horner said they weren't
Link? Cause all I 've heard him say was that their wing was legal and they were not worried about the new test (which they passed by the way). Don't recall him talking about flex at all. And all I said is that the RB wing seems to be behaving exactly the same as it always has, exact same behavior that made everybody go nuts a month ago ... so I m still wondering how you came up with your assertion that their wing was somehow different

Personally I don't think that RB have made any changes to the wing but have little doubt that they are doing something funky in other areas (floor/splitter). Not sure how they will be affected by the updated tests. The wing was still flexing at Spa albeit the front end was higher which could easily be explained by the circuit characteristics, particularly the big compression area into Eau Rouge.
His comments re Vettel and Button are just a case of defending his driver and are not unexpected.
I am not a great fan of Horner but I don't think he is any less honest than his peers so on that basis I will vote no.

So when Horner said there were no changes to the wing and yet to anyone but a blind man, everyone could see that there were - was that being truthful? I don't blame him, they knew that new tests were coming up and made the wing less flexible. It's a no brainer. They'll change the floor for Monza. Maybe even Horner will admit that one.
The wing still flexes, but to a lesser degree than before. I was very keen to watch that over the entire Spa weekend. That wings still a-flexin' though! Its also possible that it aint flexin as much because Spa has a lower downforce requirement than Hungary. Based on that assumption at Monza there should basically be next to no flexing visible. However, come Singapore, if that suckers touchin' the ground again, you'll know something still aint quite right...

Ok sorry, you seem like a decent chap. Definetly not a Mac fan. Sorry for the childish emoticons, It seems to work on some people around here though.
