Brilliant stuff MaxScelerate. The game actually seems easier with the proper force feedback!

Ok I have downloaded new sounds, wich sound great  , just one thing sometimes the sound get very fuzzy, can't hear a thing, just chhrssszz, and then just as sudden as it became **** it's good.

And when I'm done playing, and press esc to skip the rolling text, the game locks up, but if I pree enter it's ok.

Anyone else had this problem?

Finally went and bought it! And stap me it's INCREDIBLE! Absolutely stunning!
If anybody was, like me, a bit put off by all the dowloading of patches that's required (since my ISP started pushing broadband, my dialup connection has gone to pot) then fear not - if you buy it now they're all on the disk!
I've had GPL for 2 days now, and have acheived my first goal, which was getting around Monza in less than 2 minutes, hehe. Got to start somewhere.

Had I known that the only comparison in terms of relative noobs at the sim was going to be Chrissy Boy, I'd just have spanked my own arse and saved myself a fiver! ;)

Y'know you have to set up a profile in GPLRank and give us all your login name so we can compare times or rub it in! ;)

Hey, it's alright this! Lapping Monza reliably in the low 1.40s now, tried my first novice race and was delighted to finish not last! :) Very long way to go until I'm anywhere near average, but it's nowhere near as inaccessable as I'd feared.

Ah yes. Twice now. Enter you say? I'll try and remember....
