Nothing against the Argentsingers at all, but look at what Alain's got going for him:
1. Prototype racing experince at Le Mans.
2. A history of having owned some nice Ferraris and other toys.
3. The ability to rub elbows w/ Stirling Moss and such, and look at and discuss Maserati 250Fs w/ an offset drive shaft, amongst other topics.
4. The priviledge of hosting shows about racing Ferraris and testing such cars.
5. Getting to drive OTHER PEOPLE'S vintage racers in vintage events.
6. Seemingly eternal youth and a hairline that is definately not receeding...
Envy exists. What can I say?

Pretty soon this rash of 'I wanna be...' threads will include Dennis David, Ross Stonefeld, all manner of people, perhaps even Joe Fan!
Where will it end?

Dave,
You forgot to mention actually being a victorious constructor & driver of rounds in the Word Sports Car Championship.
Plus -- and a big Plus for me, he actually seems to enjoy all this!! I wonder if we could entice him to this forum?
Hey! I wannabe Tom O'Keefe or Karl Ludvigsen!![](https://forums.autosport.com/public/style_emoticons/default/lol.gif)

Not only that, Alain owns and flies a Spitfire. His gorgeous blonde daughter Amanda gained fame as a 'wild child' of the Nineties although I gather she has calmed down a bit now.
My claim to fame? In the Eighties I went out with Amanda's babysitter, a Chinese lady whose main interests were shoes and sex, not necessarily in that order. I'm not sure that Alain knows that! (that I went out with her, I mean)

Way to go, Karl! A woman with her priorities in order is a good thing indeed.
That Alain. He seems to have quite a life. :-)

How old is this daughter? Just for research purposes obviously
A racing driver trying to date the daughter of a racing driver. That'd be a tough nut to crack eh?

Of course, Ross, just hoping she's collared some of daddy's money and learned her trade from the babysitter?
Isn't that Karl Ludvigsen skulking off down the road in his socks?

Apparently Mr Argetsinger's niece is quite attractive, but I am relying on the word of other drivers, a bad idea for sure

Ross, If you search the internet under the heading Amanda De Cadenet, you will find her. Unfortunately, the photographer seems to have caught at rather a bad moment as she has not had time to put any clothes on...poor thing...

You sure she doesn't belong in the Paddock Club... looks a bit that way...
