Specifically, the lozenge-shaped one with 'McLaren' in a white-shadow-outline on a black/green background, with the kiwi silhouette on the left hand side.
Does anyone out there have a good graphic from which I could get a new one printed up?
Thanks a lot.

This is the McLaren running over the Kiwi badge on a restored M22 which looks like it may be a repro.

And what looks pretty original on an M1(c?)

Quick question........are you sure that is the "correct "(if you care ) nose Badge for the M4 ? What Chassis # do you have If I may ask ? Pictures??
Thx
Horizon
Thanks for the pictures.
The car is chassis M4A-2, so one of the McLaren-built cars.
Looking at some period photos, I don't think it had a badge at all when it was run by John Coombs or Piers Courage in the Tasman series.
It's currently sporting the shield emblem, but with 'McLaren by Tojan' underneath (definately wrong)
- I'd like to put the same lozenge-shaped logo as they ran on the M7's: they're both 1967/8 single-seaters, so as relevant as using any other logo.

& here is the chassis that purports to be M4A / 1 when it was in the Donington Collection

David Coplowe's car, M4A / 2 as seen in the Mallory Park Wednesdays thread seems to have a quite different badge now.

A quick look at my Courage photos suggests you're right. I'll have a further look a bit laterThe car is chassis M4A-2, so one of the McLaren-built cars.
Looking at some period photos, I don't think it had a badge at all when it was run by John Coombs or Piers Courage in the Tasman series.
But the other McLaren-built car in the same Tasman series, M4A/1, did have a badge on the nose. That would be the one to copy. I'll see what I can find

I can remember that being brought into LAT Photographic for its picture to be taken, much to everyone's amusement! As long as you don't use one of these.

Come to think of it - it would be rather fun to do so and see how many people noticed and how they reacted when they didAs long as you don't use one of these.

I'm looking for a nose badge to stick on the front of a McLaren M4.
Specifically, the lozenge-shaped one with 'McLaren' in a white-shadow-outline on a black/green background, with the kiwi silhouette on the left hand side.
Does anyone out there have a good graphic from which I could get a new one printed up?
Thanks a lot.
Brilliant - thank you very much for the photos everyone: I'll send them to the printers to see what they can rustle up.

Isn't it chassis 200-17-F an ex-Jo Schlesser/Team Inter-sports car?

17F was I believe the Schlesser spare (to 18F), and could be a likelier candidate

Not sure - they did describe it as "ex-McLaren", which could only mean M4A/1

There's this picture of the interior on the 'McLaren M4A' thread:
