Well the court case seems to be old news yes, but Group Lotus vs Team Lotus is still very relevant, so I don't really see why it warrants closing.
Maybe delete 'Court Case' from the Thread title?

Seeing as the two companies involved are using F1 as a direct means of advertising other areas of their business (with very interesting goings-on), with rich history on both sides, I think it's still a relevant thread despite the initial court case being decided.

Isn't the court case still ongoing? If nothing else this threads existence means that posts like alfsboy's above stay out of the team threads :)

Perhaps start a new thread then as this one was for the court case in view of the many other Lotus themed threads available at the time.

This one closed but if you do start a new one because one of those doesn't suit your needs, please kick it off with a bit of direction as "Group Lotus v Team Lotus; discuss" isn't really a 'topic'.
