Just curious if anyone knows what trucks each team uses. I noticed on this video that Mclaren and Mercedes each use Mercedes trucks, while Ferrari uses Iveco (a subsidiary of Fiat), which makes sense. Also, it looked like the Renault trailers were probably hauled by a Renault truck which had the Renault Sport paint scheme rather than the Lotus Renault GP livery. I've done some looking around, but can anyone fill in the rest of the blanks? Also, I'm curious about which truck brand previous F1 manufacturers used.

Ferrari: Iveco (owned by Fiat)
Mclaren: Mercedes (owned by Mercedes)
Mercedes: Mercedes
Renault: Renault (owned by Volvo)
Red Bull: Scania or MAN? (I've seen both. Scania is owned by Volkswagen, MAN is a German company)
Force India: MAN
Sauber: Renault
Lotus: DAF (owned by American company, PACCAR)
Virgin: ?
HRT: ?
Williams: MAN
Toro Rosso: MAN

Honda: DAF
Toyota: MAN
Jaguar: ?
BMW Sauber: MAN

After the sale of Honda to Brawn and subsequent sale of Brawn to Mercedes, their trucks appeared for sale on ebay of all places. Can't remember what make they where though.

I think they were sold to USF1 and then on-sold on ebay by their receivers - according to google those trucks were indeed from DAF.

Aren't all MGPs trucks owned and operated by Eddie Stobbart?

Yes. There was a documentary style Eddie Stobbart program on channel 5, last year and one of the episodes featured the truckers, transporting the cars to Spa. It was a terrible program and from what i can remember one of the truckers was absloutley clueless about F1

That sounds strange - I was under the impression that the F1 truckies also have other jobs to do during Grand Prix weekends - looking after spares, being part of the pit crew etc.

They are owned by the Stobart Group and have an Stobart number and a woman's name, like the rest of the Stobart trucks, but they are not displayed like they are the on the branded trucks.
Team Lotus is doing exactly the same thing, but with DHL, the trucks even have private DHL registration plates on them

Not so much the pit crew, but they do over stuff like security and helping out in the hospitality, but in WRC anyway, Stobart drivers who work for the Ford Rally Team, don't just drive the trucks, they act as an employee of the team
