Yes, because Kubica's camp wasn't interested in continuing with Renault. I thought it's obvious.


Given his injuries, he should have been interested in talking to anyone in F1 who'd listen.

Well you were the one telling us that he wasnt interested in talking further to Renault. Seems to be a dumb attitude to me, given he was their lead driver and the accident had largely stuffed up 2011 for both parties before it even got started.

Onto the last photo of him driving the kart, bravo! :up: I think that's the first evidence that there's possibly some light at the end of the tunnel here. Whether the body can handle the stress of something a bit further up the performance scale will be interesting. He should try Formula Ford next.
