Hi Everyone. Do you know where could I find some F1 Screensavers?

Check out ITV's website www.itv-f1.com
They usually have em! and can automatically change them for you.
Also Speedvision has wallpaper, they may have screen savers too www.speedvision.com

They have a cool screensaver & they also have wallpapers. You may have to register, but that's free.
