He was not literally hunting down and full-speed crashing into one specific championship contender.
The last clip in that video is definitely a hunting-down-and-crashing.
As for the Catalunya one, the leading driver is tapped and spun round. Doesn't even leave the track surface. It was hardly a Suzuka 1990 incident. And the fact that he skipped the crap chicane to do it is pretty funny. And as a revenge move, I've got more respect for it than Audi's DTM team a few years ago at the same circuit, where they reacted to perceived aggressive driving from another team by pulling all their cars out of the race.
Still, if the series organisers don't want their competitors barging each other off the track in revenge moves, that's entirely their look-out.
