The story I heard at the time was that it was the car which MS was driving when he broke his leg in 1999, however since then people have told me that isn't true and the article says it's unlikely.

It's Kroymans and his company went bankrupt so he probably doesn't own the car anymore, this is chassis #193 and Schumacher broke his leg in chassis #192 iirc.
