I know I am fairly new on here but I thought I'd give a mention to a community / game that I have been playing for over a year now.
F1 Team Manager is an online browser based game where you take control of your own team and run every aspect of it from signing sponsors, staff, drivers to designing your car and setting race strategies.
This particular game is one of the most challenging F1 Management games I have come across and what's even better is you can sign up for free.
The best feature of the game though has to be the community. Its a happy and friendly environment to race in despite having a competitive edge to it. Everyone though is willing to help out, especially in the early stages of your team building.

Its more than worth a look in my opinion.
Pop over and have a look. If you are there Mon-Fri 9-5 youll probably find me hanging around in chat (Im online all the time when Im at work so I get to spend a lot of time there).
