Anyone knows?
I hear so many stories but AFAIK the French Government/police wants everyone to have two "alcohol blow-pipes" in the car. Also tourists.. Fine is 180 Euro for not having them..
Anyone know the actual law in France?
Do we need them?
Thanks
Leaving for Le Mans thursday. Do we need to bring alcohol testers with us..?

New laws will make the equipment compulsory for all cars on French roads from July 1, with anyone caught without the equipment facing an 11 euro (£9.20) fine.

Don't forget the warning triangle and high visibility jacket or vest that are already compulsory.
