F1-Racing - "can rubens really win the title"

Todt - "He is an excellent driver with an excellent car. He Will be given an equal chance of victory by the team. Last year he did a very good job, but now he must have a strong nerve as well"

This doesn't surprise me, Rubens did a good job and Jean Todt is saying start to harden up you have no excuses not to perform.

I don't think any team has ever been suspected of giving drivers weaker parts.

I love picking apart these F1 pronouncements, expecially Jean's...Does it mean anything ? I'm not sure...

"He is an excellent driver with an excellent car.

(In F1 excellent=average)

He Will be given an equal chance of victory by the team.

(Equal to who :D)

Last year he did a very good job,

(very good=inadequate)

but now he must have a strong nerve as well"

(Implying "a weak nerve" last year ?)

equal to who, indeed! this must mean Badoer's now healthy (or, perhaps it doesn't).:)

all joking aside, look for a greater presence from RB in the GPs to come.

He is given equal cars, unfortunately he's not as quick as MS so he won't win the WDC at Ferrari - while MS is there.

Todt is not saying the truth. Ferrari want only Schumi. These day's Ferrari is constructed for him. Rubens is there because in the FIA Regulations says that every team has to have two cars....

It's strange then that Luca M said that the WCC is more important to him and Ferrari
