Now this is basically a racing genre I don't usually talk about, well for reasons I cannot bother to tell, but I'm still interested to hear what others have to say on this.
Is bigger always better in stock cars, or do the regional or national series attract you more?

The only ones that appeal to me aesthetically are the Modifieds. ARCA races on a wider variety of tracks than NASCAR's national series; you can watch a few races on dirt and be convinced that paved surfaces are some perversion of what racing should be about. And the nice thing about NASCAR is that it's usually on at any weekend, and the threads on here are cool.

Quite widespread voting pattern actually.

K&N Pro. After Nationwide at Montreal, I stopped watching for some months. But still looked at this, cause of Dylan Kwasniewski!

I have always been intrigued by the modifieds, I even got one when I was iracing. They look great and are basically the same design for paved and dirt surfaces.
The smaller sprint cars that Stewart races from time to time also make some good races, but they seem to be more of a middle tier class. Add to that list any variation of sprint cars, there are dozens.
But it's a pain to find any races airing on this side of the pond for anything other than Nationwide and Sprint Cup (Nascar has been airing in here for no more than 10 years). Motors TV gets an occasional World of Outlaws (I guess it's down they using a lot of Speed material). If one can thank the internet is that it made easier to search for these races.
I don't think it's fair to compare the top tiers of Nascar. Cars are diferent, not always the same tracks and the distances are so different that the race unfolds very differently even with the same drivers. (ok, all of them have the «will they throw the yellow?» factor, but the Cup races feel much more tactical)
edit: I voted other mostly because I am still getting the hang of the series and it's pecularities, there is not one I could single out, tho Figure 8 is problably something I would not loose my sleep over.

Truck series gets my vote, to no-one's surprise.
Brilliant season last year, should be even more fun this year with dirt racing at Eldora and a road course thrown in.
I need to figure out a way to watch more K & N East this year.
Taking an interest in the feeder series ensures I'll be a NASCAR fan for a long time coming.
