Please use this thread for discussion of the Red Bull RB9 launch, which begins at 1pm UK time - in 90 minutes. :)

Red Bull never did a big launch right? Just pitlane and pulling a sleeve off. I'm really curious what Newey has come up with.

Extremely curious. 15 mins to go. I don't see how Red Bull can top McClaren in the launch as they don't have the history BUT they do know marketing.

Well we can say almost for sure that it'll have the same livery as always (with some minor variations). I'd love it if they used the "Red Bull can" livery that they tested with back in 2005. Anyone remember that?

Edit: Apparently I don't. It was much worse than I remember. Never mind.

Would be a nice change to all dark blue cars we have now. Is Infiniti the reason behind this purple colour?

Would be a nice change to all dark blue cars we have now. Is Infiniti the reason behind this purple colour?

I would much more appreciate the 2012 silverstone colour, but without the small pictures:

As for livery, my guess is that either front or rear wing is purple and the rest remains pretty much the same.

Confused as to why they'd change from Dark Blue to Purple, but hopefully that won't be the only livery change. It'd be nice to see something different.

Though it sounds interesting, as purple is one of my favorite colors, I wouldn't want the driver suit to be purple.

This is a bit of a fail..where was the live stream! Fed up of these shite launches, McLaren seem to be the only team to get their online launch right this year
