doesnt really fill you with confidence about the 'next generation' of drivers does it?

And of the drivers that made the jump Giedo, Max, Davide and Esteban (who did have a coulpe of big mistakes) they're all pretty clean.
The crappy driving always comes from the backmarkers and the rookies.

I hope you noticed most of these crashes were caused by bad weather conditions, or mechanical failures.

Yeh - and I was also looking at the 1994 season review yesterday (2hours) and to me drivers like Irvine and Hakkinen where hotheads too, so there's still hope for Maldonado and Grosjean

Just browsing on youtube looking for footage of the new rookie drivers takign part this year in f1, and came across this montage of crashes from last year

Esteban's move at 1:35 reminds me of Perez incident in Abu Dhabi with Webber and Grosjean.

It was the move that shocked me most on that video - what a dreadful attempt at re-entering the circuit.
