It's a far cry from F1 and one might even call it the opposite of automotive technology, but around here I have noticed a certain fascination with the world of high-end custom cars, the Ridler Award, etc. As part of MCG's complete coverage of the 2013 Detroit Autorama, here’s a mega photo gallery featuring all 49 Ridler Award winners from 1964 to present.

This is a great show to walk. Just an insane amount of cars to see. It took me about 4 hours to walk the show and I felt I walked to fast. There was so many times you want to stand back and admire the work but just need to move on to see everything. The show is nice in that there are a whole lot of cars that are "home builds". Also tons of muscle cars, and rat rods in various forms of restoration or non-restoration.
