Vettel/Webber
Alonso/Massa
Button/Perez
Raikkonen/Grosjean
Hamilton/Rosberg
Hulkenberg/Gutierrez
Di Resta/Sutil
Maldonado/Bottas
Vergne/Ricciardo
Pic/Van der Garde
Chilton/Bianchi
My picks:
Vettel by 70-90 points
Alonso by 50-70 points
Button by 50-60 points
Raikkonen by 5-15 points
Hamilton by 20-30 points
Hulkenberg by 40-60 points
Di Resta by 2-5 points
Bottas by 5-10 points
Ricciardo by 5-15 points
Pic by 0 points (close)
Bianchi by 0 points (comfortably)
I feel Raikkonen-Grosjean, Di Resta-Sutil and Bottas-Maldonado will be the three closest battles, closely followed by Pic-Van der Garde and Ricciardo-Vergne. What do you think?
I've done some analysis and gone into more detail on my blog.

Alonso - even if Massa is faster Ferrari won't let him be
Button - longer time at McLaren/used to being in a top team
Raikkonen - stronger overall
Rosberg - slightest thing can spook Lewis and put him in a bad spiral. Rosberg more stable - do we really even know how fast he is?
Hulkenberg - Better than a pay driver
Di Resta - Gotten stronger since he last met Sutil, and it was close then
Maldonado - Bottas is overrated.
Ricciardo - Personal preference
Van der Garde - Pic is meh
Bianchi - Stronger driver I think. Chilton's daddy owns Marussia xD

Alonso v Massa- Alonso convincingly
Button v Perez- Button will get ahead early on and Perez may get on terms of pace later on but the early season points by Button to be the difference
Raikkonen v Grosjean- Raikkonen will be more consistant
Hamilton v Rosberg- Rosberg to compete early on but Hamilton to pull ahead by late season
Gutierrez v Hulkenberg- Hulkenberg comfortably
di Resta v Sutil- di Resta by virtue of not having a year out. Close though
Bottas v Maldonado- Maldonado to be more consistent and his pace will be enough, Bottas to come back late season but Maldonado just wind for me.
Vergne v Ricciardo- Ricciardo to maintain his qualy advantage in the races and even if the points aren't there often, will beat JEV in most races.
Pic v Van der Garde- 0 points for either but Pic is the higher finisher more often
Chilton v Bianchi- 0 points but Bianchi to outperform him quite comfortably

I can not place poiints and points spreads since how the cars actually perform will have an impact and I am not confident that I understand which team is strong and which is not. The two teams I have the biggest doubts on a Williams and Force India.
Maldonado should be the faster driver at Williams, courtesy of being a winner and now seasoned veteran, but I do not expect that he will be any less wild than he has been before, and if the hype about Bottas is to mean anything, then by sheer race craft he should end with the upper hand.
Di Resta is far from my cup of tea, but neither is Sutil. If Di Resta is to save his declining reputation he simply has to beat Sutil.

Massa will be dominated by Alonso, but won't be far off in terms of pure speed
Perez will outperform Button over the year but it will be a close call
Raikkonen to be threatened by Grosjean in qualifying, not in the races
Hamilton will slightly edge out Rosberg through the season
Hulkenberg will easily dominate Gutierrez
Di Resta and Sutil will be evenly matched on the whole, but Sutil will have the best results
Maldonado will outperform Bottas even if still throwing out points away
Vergne will be dominated by Ricciardo who will up his game
Pic will comfortably dominate Van der Garde
Chilton will be trashed by Bianchi

Alonso
Vettel
Hulk
Hamilton
Likely ones:
Button
Kimi
Bianchi
Pic
Ricciardo
Impossible to tell, but I'm gonna guess anyway:
Sutil
Bottas (Williams must have reason to believe he is good to sign him without any major sponsors)

Vettel - I'm hoping Webber but I don't see what's going to be different from the previous couple of years, Vettel is just quicker and more consistent
Alonso - Here's hoping Massa gives him more of a run for his money though. I'm hoping for a good Massa season to see him on the grid in 2014
Button - I suspect Perez is still a bit to raw and inconsistent to beat Button over a season
Raikkonen - I think Grosjean will beat Kimi in quali this year, but Kimi will have more consistency in the points tally. Will be much closer than last year though
Hamilton - Lewis is the fastest driver on the grid. Jury still out on Nico
Hulkenberg - Probably the most lopsided teammate duel on the grid
Sutil - I rate Sutil and I don't entirely rate Di Resta
Maldonado - No idea how good Bottas is and I suspect Maldonado won't stuff up on track as much as he did last year
Ricciardo - This will be the battle of the year for mine, I'm picking Ricciardo purely because he was so dominant in qualifying last year, but I have no doubt Vergne will be a tougher proposition this year
Pic - Van der Garde seems nothing special so Pic by default
Bianchi - Don't know much about these 2 guys but I'll pick Bianchi as I've heard he's faster

Alonso/Massa - My underdog choice of the year.
Button/Perez - By the largest margin in the 'big 5' teams.
Raikkonen/Grosjean - Grosjean will improve, but Kimi is just better.
Hamilton/Rosberg - Hamilton will have more podiums, but Nico will collect more points.
Hulkenberg/Gutierrez - Another obvious choice. Nico's talent will easily shine through.
Di Resta/Sutil - My hardest pick, but I think Di Resta will just edge it.
Maldonado/Bottas - Sorry, but I just don't believe the Bottas hype. Maldonado will beat him.
Vergne/Ricciardo - A little like the Red Bull situation, I believe Vergne is more consistent.
Pic/Van der Garde - More experience will tell.
Chilton/Bianchi - Chilton is more good looking.

Will be Massa allowed to race his team-mate?Predict the teammate you think will win the inter-team battle this year (and reasons if you want):
Vettel/Webber

Button/Perez
Raikkonen/Grosjean
Hamilton/Rosberg
Hulkenberg/Gutierrez
Di Resta/Sutil
Maldonado/Bottas
Vergne/Ricciardo

Yawn. Will be Massa allowed to race his team-mate?
Like he wasn't allowed to race against Kimi?
You seem to be assuming members of Autosport forum are so stupid or unsophisticated as to mistake favouring one driver after they are ahead at a certain point in the season with favouring one driver from the outset, as you imply.
Perhaps trolling your way round PlanetF1 forum would be better...

Alonso/Massa = Another easy one
Button/Perez = This is really tough to call, I am going to say Button, this year, but I really wanted it to be Perez haha
Raikkonen/Grosjean = This will be closer than people think, but I think Kimi will edge it out
Hamilton/Rosberg = I think Hamilton is a faster driver than Rosberg, and will generally be doing better over the course of the season
Hulkenberg/Gutierrez = Hulkenberg, because of experience
Di Resta/Sutil = I rate Sutil pretty highly, but I don't rate Di Resta
Maldonado/Bottas = Because I can't stand Maldonado
Vergne/Ricciardo = I think Vergne is the better driver of the two
Pic/Van der Garde = Very promising driver
Chilton/Bianchi = I have no experience with either of these, so I can't form an opinion

Alonso- better driver
Button- intelligence and experience will be key
Raikkonen- would not be surprised if Grosjean is sacked mid season
Hamilton- imo rosberg will be exposed by hamilton
Hulkenberg- inconsistent so far but capable of great drives
Sutil- underrated driver
Maldonado- if he learns to control aggression could be a great driver
Ricciardo- toss up
Pic
Bianchi both could go either way as fluke finish could be the decider
