Apart from the team/driver you support, who do you want to do well this year?

I want Williams to do well. As well as Mercedes.

If it can't be Lewis then it has to be Kimi and Lotus. Talent beats wealth.

Kimi.

I'm on open Kimi fan. But possibly the biggest reason I pull for him so, is that I feel he has had a great deal of misfortune in his career (relative to the other top 3 or so) with the first part wasted under hopelessly unreliable Mercedes engines, the second part very negatively affected by politics at Ferrari, and now he's in a much lower budget team than his rivals.

Just would love to see him have the opportunity I believe he deserves.

it is well known that you are a Kimi fan...but this thread asked about other than your fav driver.... :stoned:

I'm supporting Kimi and Lotus but if they can't make it,
then it must be Vettel/Red Bull.
Sure, a bit boring with another Vettel win, but he is just a great driver.
But I have actually one more - I think Massa deserves a WDC too (not Ferrari)

And I hope Marussia crushes Caterham

Kimi, also Adrian Sutil for whom I have always had a soft spot.

Lewis and Kimi are my favourites so apart from them I'd like Massa and Ricciardo to do well.
I'd also like Toro Rosso to be competitive so we can judge Vergne and Ricciardo against other drivers as well as each other.

I'd really, really love to see Massa genuinely challenge Alonso this year. It was great to see that he's carried over his end of season form from last year into this year. He's a total conundrum, but I hope he does well. How good would it be if he could challenge for the title!

Massa, Grosjean, Webber and all the rookies. Hulkenberg too. As for the teams I hope all the best for Caterham and Marussia. Doesn't everyone just love it when the underdogs come and surprise? Would be awesome, though it won't happen this season and I fear not even the next.

After last year it looks like (at least in my opinion) a lot of Lewis fans have a new-found respect for Alonso. I personally was cheering him on even before Lewis retired. I'll probably want Alonso to do well, however, after today I'd really like Lotus to do well too.

Basically what I'm saying is that I don't mind who does well, if Lewis can't challenge for the championship then I'll support (in addition to Lewis) whoever manages to stop the Red Bulls!

Anyone except Vettel would please me. I'd particularly like to see Grosjean turn his situation around, Maldonado to prove last years win wasn't just a fluke, and for Williams to do well.

I'm a Ferrari enthusiast. I support both Felipe and Fernando; however, Kimi Räikkönen has always been one of my favourite drivers, I'm really keen on him and I hope him to do it well this season.

And that could turn out to just be the season....

Yep - Kimi, Felipe - with Fernando winning the WDC in the end. And the Hulk raking up some incredible results.

A Kimi fan. But want to see Ferrari alonso/mass doing good job to be beaten by Lotus/Kimi combination.

No doubt that would be Kimi for me, but as a Dutchman I also hope Giedo vd Garde to do a decent job. And at least regularly beat his teammate.

Marussia
Massa, Rosberg, Webber and Bottas

Generally I'd love to see the underdogs to succeed, provided I like the guy/team and think he deserves something.

Well Seb and Kimi for the win - of the rest, I want Perez to do well, another budding favorite though.

Of the rest, perhaps Rosberg. It would be nice to see him come out of the shadows on a more regular basis.

If not a Mercedes, then a Ferrari will do. Webber seems cool too.
