I think anyone would succeed if you have these 2 people with you

Find out why Jean Todt is regarded so highly. or why rudder is essential for a ship or plane. For the same reason.its should be only Adrian Newey ( who is designing the cars ) and Sebestian Vettle who is driving the car ..... isn't it ?

Wasn't that because Mercedes were doing their best to ruin it for them with cardboard engines?

I don't think the MP4-18 was due to the engine?
But anyway, let's say it was - just goes to show a team's success isn't just down to one person. It's a sum of all the parts...

He is praised (and rightly so) because he is the principal of the most successful F1-team of recent years. IMO it does not seem fair to praise only 2 people when hundreds of others also have an impact on the result.

Well I must admit, you punched a hole in that logic pretty easily.
