So I pay for Sky Sports for F1, I pay for Premier for NASCAR ands suddenly I'm supposed to find another tenner a month for ESPN to watch the Indy season!!!! Either I find the money or miss the races for the first time in many a year. And in our current state a trenner a month isn't always easy to find.

The childish part of me wants to stamp my foot and shout "NOT FAIR" but I'm sure all I'll get from that is a sore foot. Now, what can I get rid of to raise the extra cash.............................

Yep-I have this problem too it seems.Already paying Sky TV £54.50 a month.Just read next weeks 'Radio Times'and there is hardly a single program on Skysport channels 1-4 that I am interested in.First atempt to contact ESPN only resulted in a message that my phone line needed to be conected
Has anyone tried to renegotiate their contract with Sky? can one dump Skysport 1-4 but keep Sky F1?

I dumped Sky Sports because of the lack of IndyCars.

I have the HD package so I keep the F1. If you have no sports and no HD you get no F1.

The whole TV thing is a joke. The Indycar website is a ****ing shambles, i cannot find out who is broadcasting it in canada to save my ****ing life. i heard an ad that i THINK said Sportsnet, but still not sure. Why are so many web site so ****ing horrible???

Anyway, if it is sportsnet it's not part of my tv deal and I aint paying more for TV, I am so close to pulling out cable to begin with.

Thanks-problem seems to be getting worse-I have nice wide screen HD ready TV-but hove not bothered with SKY HD package as I cannot see any improvement in picture quality.Maybe because I have eyesight problem in that I can only see in 2D.When they did experimental 3D TV or movies with coloured glasses I can only see a red or green tinted picture depending on which eye is functioning

Pre 2012: don't even use the word "stream" or you'll get a pn from a mod.

After no more free to air in UK: Hey, just search for a stream bro.

So yeah, just ask for a stream and someone will pn you.

Check in your pants, in my experience it's mostly women that can't tell the difference between SD and HD. On a 50 inch TV is like B+W vs Colour IMHO. Unless you're a woman, in which case ... nothing to see here.

Yes, IndyCar is on Sportsnet this year. Announced quite early last year.

Websites in motorsport suck, well all sports websites such, because they are behind the curve when it comes to media. Most sites are either are stretched too far and have too much news for too many different forms of sport (ESPN, Sky Sports as examples), or are too simple and do not provide enough information (like F1.com/ IndyCar.com/ an single series websites). Or others like here at Autosport are just the magazines (a part of print media's dying form) way to putting some of their content on the web. The site is very useful if you have a subscription, but if you don't things get difficult for users.
