2013 Australia - DiResta told to hold station behind Sutil as he caught him in the final laps of the race. Complies.
2013 Malaysia - Vettel ignores team order to hold station after final pitstop. Rosberg told to hold station behind Hamilton after final pitstop.


And I know, there are several other TO-s, lot of in the backmarkers or in the middle field...

2007 Brazil...

What at there actually prove Ferrari used team orders? Sure if necessary, Massa would have backed off because team order.

I remember seeing race Massa trying all his best to keep Kimi behind and his pitstop was competitive quick enough. I also remember seeing when Massa went to have his pitstop, teammate did few very fast laptimes before his own and he got ahead of Massa. There would have been team order if Kimi wouldn't have been able to match Massa's speed. Massa was just slower than Kimi and no orders were used. :)
