So let's list tracks with longest lengths, shall we? But please, please, please NOTE: this is for track configurations that still exist today, as in 2013!!! So don't be a fool and suggest something like 14km Spa that has been dead for ages now.

I'll start with the three obvious and most legendary ones we all know of

Snaefell Mountain Course // IoM TT 60.73 km



Nurburgring (Nordschleife + GP circuit together) 25.94 km



Circuit de la Sarthe // Le Mans 13.62 km




Eurospeedway Lausitzring has a possible 11,3km loop if all configurations are connected. However I don't think (?) anyone has actually raced on that. It has been discussed as a possible replacement for the Nurburgring 24 hours should that event someday fail to materialize due to their financial difficulties. So it's possible

The Targa Florio still takes place - albeit now as a rally for historic cars - so you could make a case that the 72 km Piccolo Madonie circuit qualifies...

The Swedes are building a 28 kilometer long track (in one of its configurations) set to open in the near future: the Gotland Ring.

The Northwest 200 is a great weekend!
Was over the year Rutter did 208mph on the HRC HM Plant Honda.
Standing at the the side of the road while they go past at 200+ is an unbelievable experience

I think Pikes Peak is way off limit here, if we're considering hillclimb courses then we're considering rally stages (often even bigger, from memory the WRC ran a 40km one recently, maybe longer), then it's just a small step away from the mammoth stages of rally-raid events like the Dakar.

All of this obviously does not qualify, but is worth a mention.

Yeah, I think we can just about accept Targa Florio, but Pikes Peak is off limits.

OK so Pikes Peak was pushing the envelope a bit - but this is definitely a circuit and it's long and it's still used:





The 12.41 km oval at Fort Stockton, Texas where AJ Foyt set the world closed course record (257.123 mph) in the Oldsmobile Aerotech in August 1987

I tried to learn that one when I found it for Grand Prix Legends and it nearly drove me insane. I can't believe people actually raced on that - it makes the Cat & Fiddle look like a motorway.

OK so Pikes Peak was pushing the envelope a bit - but this is definitely a circuit and it's long and it's still used:

Not even the longest track in Texas. Uvalde has a 13.68km oval. The turns have a radius of 1.61km. I think vehicle/tire testing facilites should be excluded, as they aren't used for racing.
