Which PC game do you think I should buy, if I want to get closest to real F1???

Which F1 racing simulator on PC is most realistic?

Grand Prix 2, right now it is extremely cheap. It has fast graphics and the computer controlled drivers act quite realistically, there are many utilities and tracks available from many internet sites.
I haven't really played many others but no other f1 game has even half the following. Grand Prix 3 is coming soon too but it may be a few months so I would still spend the bucks on GP2

Finn L, depends what you mean by 'real F1'. If you're talking about pitstops, aerodynamics, etc, then I guess GP2 or one of the Ubisoft sims. However, if you want a sim that lets you know (par excellence) what real racing drivers have to contend with (power-to-weight ratio, handling, etc), then GPL is the one to get. Unfortunately, it doesn't feature cars with fat slicks, aerodynamic wings, semi-auto gearboxes and so on, but it's far and away the best physics model ever developed for a game.

Agreed Rich,
After driving GPL (Grand Prix Legends) extensively GP2 just doesn't cut the mustard, GPL IS like driving GP2 has too many flaws to compare - even TOCA 2 currently offers a better physics model than GP2, GP3 should be out soon and I can't wait! - lets hope Geoff Crammond can do it again.
