well if a thread like 'whether FA is on decline' can exist for just making only one real mistake in the race this season(nudging on Vettel at Malaysia),i believe this thread can also exist for a man who made two mistakes(collide with barrier,then trying too hard or caught snoozing during later part of the race)in a single race and still managed to win it.....

if we look at the last race last season when a car rammed into him,it eventually went DNF...while he escaped undamaged and then with the help of rain managed to recover within 5-7 laps...same story in Abu Dhabi....amount of misfortunes his rivals face are too many...even his team-mate has had many more technical problems with the same car throughout the year....

also those who want to point out his DNFs due to mechanical failures as bad luck,should also consider getting the fastest car as good-luck....it was power of the design that made RB so quick,it was also the fault of the design that made alternators fail....

The thread existed because someone who the BBC deemed good enough to pay to write (agree or not) wrote about it, not because of some fanboy banter.
