How many times was Lance Armstrong disqualified while active?
What would of happened if they had photo's and videos of Lance doping during competition? The same as photo's and videos of RBR wings flexing beyond allowable limits for months on end?
They both passed the required tests. "The spirit of the sport" gets tread upon more in F1 than it ever could in any other sport to the point where it is not only acceptable but now it's honorable?

You cannot tell how much aerodynamic force is being applied to a surface or wing from a photograph/video, that is why they have tests... which they passed with flying colours.
