Also, the blue flag with the yellow slash means to take out the person that is about to lap you. Ask Jos Head.

It means slow moving vehicle. Its usually for course vehicles on track but if a race car is limping home very slowly it can be used then too

hmm... I see. Now that you mention it, I remember seeing it somewhere... Although I think that was in GPL

The answer they gave was if an ambulance was on the track which i suppose counts as a slow vehicle.
What really pissed me off was everybody who put down safety car got a point aswell, because the quiz master didn't know what he was talking about. I told him it was a waved yellow with a white SC board. But did he listen? NO

Ross is closest - makes change for a driver to know the flag signals ;)

It can be used for either a service vehicle or for a slow moving competing car.
It is not used during a safety car period as the waved yellows and SC boards take precedence.

They should add a YELLOW with GREEN stripes flag....
