The distance between Spa Francorchamps and the nurburgring is only 110 km.
Do you think more international viewers would make the trip if they went back 2 back or do you think more local viewers will stay away?
As a local i will go Always to both races even if they went back 2 back
Spa and nurburgrin back 2 back

It would be cool if those were back to back. That would be enough to drag me out there, from California.

Send this suggestion to Bernie.
It'd also be good for Europeans to take a weeklong holiday for this.

Yeah, but then it impacts elsewhere on the calendar with the August shut-down (Spa being the first race back and Monza a week later). It would probably mean swapping the German and Italian dates around, otherwise there are then no events between Silverstone and Budapest and the end of the calendar is going to end up drifting into December, which the teams vehemently oppose.
There's no reason why Monza shouldn't be run in early July, though. Only tradition.
