Very nice! They should have opted for 91's V12 engine though, it would have a bigger impact!

When it comes to visuals, Honda's promos in recent years have been classics in their own rights. That one is another.
Thanks for posting.

There simply will never be another driver as Ayrton ever again.

On pure sound terms, yes. But I like that they chose their better engine between the two. The V10 was absolutely class of the field in all aspects, power, weight, driveability. Whereas the V12 was too heavy, too thirsty and not quite as powerful as he should have been.

The sound of Senna's throttle control is stunning.

That's very nicely done.
I like this 'Sound of Honda' too.
Exactly what I said, they should have used 91's V12 engine sound!

here's what the subtitles say
maybe no need to translate as it's quite clear and simple
but translating is pretty easy and simple too so here it is;
---------------------------
"Telemetry System" - the technology that records and analyzes accelerator pedal motion and engine rev
In 1980s, Honda introduced the technology into F1 and achieved triumph.
(then) Record lap time (for Suzuka) set by Ayrton Senna during qualifying of 1989 Japan GP -
From traces of that day registered into the telemetry data,
Revived the exhaust sound that roared 24 years ago
~
the technology that had supported Senna's driving back in the day
is now made available for everyone -
internavi - design your driving with drive data.
---------------
fyi "internavi" is Honda's interactive auto navigation system, sort of.
also, there's iphone app called "Sound of Honda" that can play the engine sound of Honda V10, and also be connected to some of car audios to play the V10 sound which can actually sync with your driving using iphone's gyro sensor.

I've sent that video to some friends, as well as watched it multiple times...the whole thing is somewhat surreal to watch. It's what I would imagine you would hear at night if Suzuka were haunted.
The use of the lights is ingenious as you can see the speed of the MP4/5 quite easily as the sound alone does not convey it.
