Hi,
For the past 2 weeks when I click on the download all articles, I only receive a page or two of each story, not the full story. Why is that?
My habit is to download the entire PDf and read offline. Please see what you can do,
Cheers

Thanks for letting us know - I've found the bug you're talking about and asked our developers to take a look. The code to automatically create the PDFs is a little old, so they may need to reacquaint themselves with it before it can be fixed. Hopefully I'll be able to give you a a positive answer soon!

All the resources are likely still preoccupied perfecting metering, and it's not like you're paying for the service anyway. Patience is a virtue.

Ditto. I have experienced the same issue for the past three weeks. In my world if I continued to publish in the full knowledge I had a faulty or bugged product, and I did not advise my customers and address the issue within hours, I'd been out the door very quickly. Autosport–you're not delivering what you contracted to supply. Ian

Relax. They need to perfect metering views of free users before they can start delivering advertised service to paying customers.

Sorry for the delay on this - we were hoping it would have been fixed by now but we've had to put a lot more development time than planned into making sure that the new forums are working properly.

Working out what's going wrong with the PDFs is our top priority once the forums are stable enough to be left alone for a little while...

Good news - the bugs int his should now be fixed. If you visit the archive page then you can download the previous weeks' full PDFs, and tomorrow's should be working properly.

Downloading a PDF of individual features from the top navigation should now be possible as well.

Please let me know if this is still broken for anyone!
