Can anyone help me? I need caracciola's race results (date and car no.). First of all, baden-baden races and tournaments, robert batchari fahrt... and how many races could caracciola won?

HIs autobiography 'Meine Welt'/ 'A Racing Driver's World' includes a result overview (not complete I guess) in an appendix, including those of a number of hillclimbs. No car numbers.

According to his autobiography he won 149 races.

 

You can find quite some information about his results in the 1930s GP era on Leif Snellman's excellent site http://www.kolumbus....ellman/main.htm - if you hadn't found it already.

Back in the 1920's and 1930's coverage in motor (and motor sporting) magazines was not as comprehensive as now.  And with travel being more difficult it was far more localised.  For example the main British magazines, The Motor, The Autocar and Motor Sport,  focussed on British racing and their French, Italian and German counter parts would have focussed on their national scene.  On the other hand, as motor racing generally had a higher profile we often find that the local and national newspapers covered races more fully than now.  Most research has been carried out by the authors of books so their books are the best information that is readily available.  Any websites will have been based on what is readily available: other websites, modern magazine 'historical' articles, books, original research into contemporary magazines and newspapers. 

Good luck!  Can you please let us know what you find out, particularly errors in what others have published?

I find more than 200 races he started. But If he won 149 races, I miss 19. (I think so Baden-Baden tournament the missing pieces)

You may find more details in the book by Roland Seiter called "Ein Bugatti brüllt auf, als wolle er zum Mond starten!“
