The accident + super awesome Japanese commentary fully deserves to be posted again.

If you don't want to spoil it for yourself, don't watch, but unless any of us are going to run into virgin female billionaire NASCAR fans that fall in love with us, that video will be the best thing you see today.

So, a quick recap from last week.

- JJ turned over his defecit, he is now 4 points ahead of Kenseth

- Dale Jr still has not won a race

- Danica posted a fast lap of the race and ended on the lead lap ahead of TwiiterBrad

- Montoya continues to rewrite the rules of bad luck, hopefully he will spend all of it and start afresh at Penske

- The other EGR car actually won the race, but might have been using plane parts

- Tony Raines got parked by his car for a change

- On a race with 3 cautions ESPN atempted to call a caution

- No big one, but the 14 still crashed on the final lap, collecting another regular

- As above, no big one, so trucks had to make up for it

This is really inspiring--

Susie's Hope riding with Armstrong: Dakoda Armstrong's charity of choice, Susie's Hope, will be riding on the bed of the #60 WinField Silverado this weekend at Martinsville Speedway.

Based in nearby Greensboro, North Carolina, Susie's Hope was founded by Donna Lawrence, owner of a Pit Bull mix named Susie.

Found in a park after she was severely abused, Susie was saved and adopted by Lawrence. Together they've set out to educate the public and stop animal cruelty; inspiring the largest grassroots movement for animals in North Carolina in 2010.

Susie's supporters campaigned to state legislators to stop animal cruelty, and Susie's Law was passed in 2011. The law now serves jail time to those convicted of animal abuse crimes in NC. The duo continues to take their story around the state and nationwide, helping educate people of all ages about the proper care of animals and most recently producing a movie to tell their story.(Dakoda Armstrong PR)(10-22-2013)

I wonder if Travis Kvapil has a dog.

The irony here of course is that if his wife, who has two Dega-sized reasons to be supporting breast cancer research, was driving the truck, she wouldn't have needed to catch her breath.

Yeh it was a hard hit. I wonder if he admits or realises how much his Cup race suffered through the effects he must have carried into Sunday.

I'm sure he realizes it, but equally as sure he wouldn't admit it.

You know I'm looking forward to this.  I think Montoya means it when he says he's not giving up and he's going to try his darndest to win one of the next 4 races.

Do you think he still has full access to all team info?  It would be one thing if he was going to another NASCAR team but how much does Chip want to hide his NASCAR stuff from Penske's Indycar side?

I guess Penske will be picking his brain about Chip's Cup operation anyways.

BTW does anyone know if there's a list of all the participants in the Texas test earlier this week?

One have to ask how much Penske need to know about Ganassis NASCAR-operation given the relative performance ....

Didn't Kyle finish 5th and gain points on the chase leaders? Johnson was 13th and Kenseth 20th.

Great, lots of beating and banging between drivers this weekend.  Looking forward to it.

There's also a few jokes involving Kasey Kahne there, but since I like my membership here I'll leave it be.

Felt like a change for the week. The pony will be back soon enough. This is just a one-off special paint scheme.

Nothing is ever going to top yours, though.

That's the first pic I've seen of the truck. No wonder Kyle wasted no time getting out. He had Death staring right at him. By the looks of the damage, one more hit and that thing flies apart like Michael Waltrip at Bristol years ago. He got very lucky there.

Saw the compact tape.

 Danica was driving in the pits live she was in a shopping mall looking for a spot to park.

That might have cost the championship to JJ

JJ was leading and lost some time to dodgw her.

Was she somehow helping Stenhouse ?

250th Cup start for Montoya:  Juan Pablo Montoya will make milestone start #250 in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series this weekend at Martinsville.

Target and Montoya have found their way to victory lane 15 times together across four different series'. The duo visited victory lane 10 times in the CART Series, he gave them their first Indianapolis 500 win, first NSCS win and three wins in the Rolex 24 Hour Race at Daytona. Over the course of seven years (1999-2000, 2007-2013), Montoya has made 238 starts with the Target Bullseye.(NASCAR/Earnhardt Ganassi)(10-25-2013)

Hamlin got both poles (Trucks and Cup). JJ is outside pole for the Cup race. Is it too late for Steven Wallace to enter the race and wreck JJ to make the race (and championship) interesting?

i'm unable to watch the Cup race, but I will not rest til all Dillons are removed from championship contention, so I'm watching trucks.

And congratulations Denny Hamlin on taking the double-pole. It's been a mountainous trek for you and all your fan.

It's a shame there is no Nationwide this weekend, Denny coulda took the triple:

If Hamlin can stay competitive for the full race distance and continue his past Martinsville form, Johnson might actually have to work for this one.....

Good quali for Kenseth, even if they can't beat the 48 staying close would minimize the title damage.
