2013 was the year with fewest withdraws in F1. But there were other times in GP Racing since 1906, times in which many cars do not run the full distance. Can you tell me the craziest reasons for withdrawing from a GP race?

I think this has been done before? If you mean "withdrawing" from a Grand Prix, I would nominate Jacques Laffite, who mistook anti mist spray for his eye drops, and then couldn't compete.
If you mean retirements from a Grand Prix, I can think of a couple of drivers who simply switched off the ignition by mistake, and couldn't work out what was wrong!
