I think it's pretty close to the ones the team actually use, at least from what I can tell on tv...
Oh and I almost forgot my Lego Technic F1 car...;)

I've got stacks of magazines, I never throw them away so that means i've got hundreds of Autosport, Motoring News, F1 Racing etc etc. I've also got quite a few books (biogs, autobiogs)

Here's Jacques signing my photo this year at the Australian GP:

I have got a few diecasts (just JV and Senna), I've kept my AGP passes, a few caps, and have got a few books and videos, that's about it. I'd like to have a collection of actual F1 cars one day - that'd be cool.
regards,
doohanOK.

In that case, I'm all hooked up! I have dozens of Ferrari F1 models (mostly 1/43), and many more Ferrari Sports racers. And twice as many waiting in the wings. All are either built by me or by other pro-modellers. (Models are my life. Hobby, income and passion)
I also take a keen interest in books (again, I never really considered it 'memrobilia'). Pretty much any quailty book about F1 or Ferrari Sports Prototypes, I'll buy.
I also have a pack of Marlboro cigarettes lying around somewhere, and I'm almost certain I have a MasterCard. I'll have to ask the wife...;)

No autographs, but we have "F1 Art". Prints that we like we get professionally framed. The "frame it" place thinks weare nuts because we spent a fortune framing it right --- museum quality! We have a gorgeous original photo of Gilles Villeneuve at his win in Montreal, as well as a huge print from that same race. (We bought these in Chicago). I also have an original painting (water colour) of JV's 96 Williams. They look incredible framed -- although we do get lots of teasing from our non-f1 friends and family. The lesser quality pieces are laminated.

1) Right rear mirror of Riccardo Patrese's Brabham in the GP of Imola 1984. It flew 1 foot from me when he crashed about 15 feet from me at the Acque Minerali.
2) Steering wheel of Arturo Merzario used on his Merzario in the GP of Brazil 1978
3) Gilles Villeneuve hat with signature from the GP of Brazil 1978 (he was wearing it and gave it to me, as I was at the Ferrari pit)
4) signed t-shirt (my own t-shirt!!!) by Carlos Reutemann at the GP of Brazil 1978
5) Jean Alesi's driving gloves from the GP of Italy, 1994
6) Poster signed by Jody Scheckter (picture of him on his T4) at the auto show in Rome around 1980
7) Piece of Gerard Berger's suspension form his Ferrari totalled at the Tamburello in Imola during the GP of San Marino (don't ask. I was at the Tosa but I had a friend who was a marshall, later gave it to me)
8) Brazilian flag signed by Ayrton Senna in Monaco before the 1992 GP of Monaco

I've got Verstappen's Balaclava from the '98 Belgian GP. A team member gave it to me when we wouldn't leave the pit wall

Mine pales into comparison - a few autographs (Stewart and Cevert together on the programme for the 1973 German GP probably being the best) and heaps of old Autosports and Motorsports being the sum total.

I have a more ordinary and boring one....
JV cap
D Hill cap from his Jordan days
Season Review videos from the 84 season up until today...they are starting to take some space away now

Some books
And a whole stack of Autosports and F1 Racing magazines that definetly takes up too much space now.
But I want a LuckyStrike jacket so that's the next target rignt now ... I think.

Nothing persistence won't achieve!!!!!! that's the way to do it!!!!

Btw, I was stupid, it was from '97 when he was racing with Tyrrell...

I had some time on my hands and wondered if I could scan it:

You can clearly see that Jos was No.2 in the team because they wanted to give it to Mika Salo first, but later decided to give it to Verstappen.

Ahhh CDNgrl, what a coincidence! You need displays for your hubby's model car collection and, well... I just happen to own JETPLAST Custom Displays!!!Originally posted by CDNgrl
Scale models --- hubby is into collecting them. I find it rather expensive, but it brings him great joy. We don't have the shelving yet to properly display it. He's also afraid to display it, because we have a 5 year old who would play with them.

I have quite the die cast model collection which includes, among many things, all my most favourite Ferrari Street cars & every car Jacques Villeneuve has driven since CART! I've got many F1 posters, prints & photos but my most charished momento which is not F1 but racing related is the late Greg Moore's autograph. Signed to me "To Andy, All the best! Greg Moore 99" on the back of a Paddock Parking ticket stub from the '97 Canadian GP!

Oh ya, I also have every official "driver's cap" for JV since his start with Williams!

b) DC forcing Heidi to sign a couple of hundred crds every year is no doubt the real reason they split

Oh ya, almost forgot! I have a 4 inch x 1.5 inch peice of carbon fibre from the rear wing of Eddie Irvine's Ferrari from the first corner crash at the Canadian GP in either '97 or '98 (can't remember now)! A friend of mine who was a track official on that corner picked it up for me.Originally posted by kouks
I am the proud owner of a 2.5cm piece of carbon fibre from the smashed front wing of MS' 94 benetton. ...

The man I buy slot cars from has one of Senna's helmets. He knew him back in the day when he designed racing suits for him. He has it up on the mantle above his desk in his shop. He knows all the drivers from that time. I think he used to teach open-wheel racing in France. He's a very interesting man and can tell you some good stories.
