Obviously not, since Vettel doesn't drive for them. Good old English chap Hamilton is just dragging the car around to places it doesn't belong.
Vettel's traction control software didn't work, that's why he didn't get out of Q2. Little Jack Horner said so. Do try to keep up!

I was listening with my ath-ad900 headphones and was able to make out team radio asking Lewis to please turn back on the transponder following qualifying. After the car never reached parc ferme for weigh in, Charlie Whiting asked the marshals to begin muted search and rescue efforts. At this time a large group of international armchair experts believe it was not Hamilton driving but two Iranian men on stolen super licenses. On review this expert panel found many contradictions in the behaviour of the team and have since deemed the telemetry data nonsensical after noting the car traveled 40,000 feet in the space of a minute, or some 748 kph.
Did they raid Hamilton's home yet?

Muddy bass response at 128kbps can sound a bit like traction control...
