Are there any good F1 2014/15 mods for Rfactor 2?

Thanks in advance

No information has yet been released on whether or not they'll continue the controversial online pass.

In any case; this should help rFactor 2 expand its reach.

I have some questions for Rfactor players:

1- Can I play one MOD in both Rfactor1 and Rfactor2?

2- Which one of the MOD designers is the best?

3- Which website has good sources in terms of MOD and Tracks and updates?

Thank you in advance  :)

1. No, different games!

2. Depends on what you are after, and if you want free or pay-mods.

... MOD ...
... MOD ...
... MOD ...

You don't need to write mod in capital letters. It's not an acronym, it's an abbreviation. You can use a full stop at the end if you want to be fussy but writing MOD is silly.

If I brought rFactor on with my Strem account will it be as difficult to put certain files in the folders. If I download it will stream automaticley put the files where they are ment to go?

That is the reason I stopped playing rfactor 1 too hard getting the mods in the right places

Thanks mouserat.

For Steam to handle the installation of mods the game needs Steam Workshop integration, which I don't think rFactor 2 has.

1. Nope, the file-structures of rFactor and Rfactor2 are completely different and rF1 mods will not load in rF2, nor the other way around.

2. Some of the best mods, in my opinion, for rFactor are: V8 Supercars, Historix v 1.96, F1 1979.

3. www.rfactorcentral.com. I think by far the largest collection of mods and tracks for rFactor.

Cheers,

Tom
