However, it looks likely that some drivers could have to sit-out a race this year... I'd put my money on Maldonado being first.

In Bahrain Sutil got 2 for blocking Grosjean in qualifying. Not sure about the race yet - looks like Maldonado picked up 3 for the incident with Gutierrez.
Not sure if any one else has collected some from the Bahrain race. Did Maldonado get any more for the incident with JEV at the start where JEV radioed he had tried to kill him - didn't see the incident, or the race yet so can't really judge that incident or if there were any others that may be looked at?

For me Bianchi didn't deserve DT for his collision with Gutierrez, he went for it and the Sauber closed the door. Do you agree with me?

Maldonado will be first to pick up a ban closely followed by Sutil I would think

I really don't understand the penalties in F1 at the moment.
So a driver can get 2 points for holding up someone in qualifying, but 3 points for ending someone's race in spectacular fashion.
And he gets a 5 place grid penalty for causing that (along with a 10s stop go), yet a driver who leaves the pits a tad too early, but he realises and the wheel doesn't fall out, gets a pit delay, a 10s penalty and a 10-place grid penalty.

Biachi did deserve his DT, he wasn't even close to alongside in the braking zone. It was a divebomb poor Sutil didn't have a chance to see him coming.
If the Lotus doesn't improve then I can see Maldonado getting more and more desperate.
and can we please stop the whining over Riciardo's penalty, loose wheels endanger all the pit crews so must be stopped.
And can we please

And flying cars are less dangerous?
